The Briseis Hole Trail

Bike or walk this lovely new family-friendly trail around the Briseis Tin Mine Hole. Connected to Derby by suspension bridge, you’ll be fascinated to learn more about the history of this huge hole in relation to the 1929 town disaster. If you can carry your kayak in, this is the most peaceful of places to relax on the water.
