Kayak or raft on the Ringarooma River
Bring your kayaks and go exploring via the river. It’s easy to access the river right in front of the Dales and head up or down the river as you like. At dawn and dusk the local platypus’s come out, and if you’re quiet and have the patience, you’ll be rewarded with quite a wonderful display from these gorgeous, fascinating and gentle monotremes.
